Germantown Well Water Survey

Germantown residents,

We need to hear from you on an urgent issue vital to the health of our community.

As you may or may not know, historically Germantown has struggled with a consistent supply of groundwater. Even rainy seasons such as the one we’re having this summer, while good for today's water table, will not solve tomorrow's long-term problems. 

Our rezoning committee is currently reevaluating residential and commercial capacity based on the water limitations in town. We’ve all heard anecdotes about sulfur smells, iron stains, or wells running dry, but now we need to bear down and collect that data by hearing from you directly about any and all water issues that you’ve personally experienced.

Please take 2-3 minutes to fill out this brief survey. The questions are simple, and we don’t require that you know everything about your well, but the more information you can share the better.

Our hopes are to get a better sense of how Germantown residents are impacted by these issues so that we can share the results with the rezoning committee, thus better enabling them in their planning process. Water quality affects us all, so we want to hear from everyone, even those with no issues!
